Process In order to achieve our goals, we follow a Process-oriented discipline that clearly defines key Deliverables or Products; an Action Plan for achieving those deliverables; establishing the expected Performance, or measurement of goal completion and success; and finally Accountability—establishing responsibility for each action item within the action plan.  Following this process ensures timely, effective delivery of projects and initiatives that tier up to our defined business goals.
