David Willis joined Tempus Resorts in January 1998 shortly after the company's inception, and brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and reporting. He has been instrumental in developing, implementing and managing all aspects of the company's accounting and financial reporting systems, processes and controls, and continues to manage the company's accounting and financial administrative and reporting functions as well as lender relations.

Prior to joining Tempus Resorts, David served in various roles including chief financial officer, treasurer and controller within a number of companies in the insurance, health care and financial services industries, including KPMG Peat Marwick.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration / Accounting from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
