Roger Farwell
President & Chief Executive Officer

One of the founding partners of Tempus Resorts International, Ltd., Roger Farwell is a hospitality industry veteran with over 24 years of expertise in all aspects of the vacation ownership segment. Roger has led the company from its early beginnings in resort development to its current success as one of the premier independent vacation ownership operating companies.

Roger has been named one of Central Florida's "Top 40 Under 40" executives by the Orlando Business Journal and is a member of the American Resort Development Association Board of Directors.

In addition to his professional credentials, Roger is an active member of the Central Florida community. He participates in various philanthropic endeavors ranging from the United Way, American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society to community safety benefits, youth programs and expanding organized lacrosse for students in Central Florida. Roger is proud to be a native Floridian who gives back to the state through volunteering with local and state law enforcement agencies to promote a safer environment for visitors and residents of our great state.

Andrew T. Marcus
Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel


Andrew T. Marcus joined Tempus Resorts in 1999. As Chief Operating Officer, his responsibilities include overall management of the company's resort, golf and property management operations, as well as timeshare administration functions including contract processing, funding and deeding, and owner and exchange services. In his role as General Counsel, Andy also oversees all of the company's legal and regulatory matters, as well as its tax and title insurance departments.

Prior to joining Tempus Resorts, Andy was a partner in the national law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP, where he practiced in the area of real estate and related business law, with an emphasis on the timeshare and hospitality industries.

Andy currently serves as chairman of the American Resort Development Association's Federal Issues Committee and is a member of the association's Florida Board of Governors. He has been actively involved in the development of several industry-related legal publications, including co-authoring the chapter on legal considerations for the Urban Land Institute's Developing Timeshare and Vacation Ownership Properties. He also served on the editorial board for Resort Condominium and Vacation Ownership Management, a book published by the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association on timeshare and resort condominium management.

Andy received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his law degree with honors from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar.

Michael Gregory
Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning

Mike Gregory brings over 22 years of diversified experience in accounting and finance, investment banking, mortgage servicing, operations and information technology, with over 17 years in the vacation ownership industry.

Mike joined Tempus Resorts at its inception in 1997. His experience at Tempus has spanned much of the operational support components of the business model including financial reporting, capital acquisition and lender relations, operational systems development, mortgage banking, call center operations, and sales and marketing support. Currently, Mike is responsible for oversight of Accounting and Finance, Mortgage Banking and IT, and is involved in all aspects of strategic planning.

Mike holds Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
